Frequently asked questions
There are no "physical" tickets. We will have your name or company name on file at our registration table based on your ticket(s), table or sponsorship. If you purchase a table sponsorship, please make sure your guests know your company name and reference that during registration so they may be directed to your assigned table.
A portion of your ticket purchase or table sponsorship fee will be tax deductible. There is a small fee collected by Paypal for online purchase processing and that also would not be tax deductible. Honor Flight Northeast Indiana will issue the appropriate tax documentation to you after the event for your tax purposes. Votes purchased would also be tax deductible (excluding the Paypal fee). As always we ask that you consult your tax adviser for any specific tax related questions.
Absolutely. You can make a general donation supporting the event from the website. Simply choose a dancer and then you can make a general pledge donation from their page. Our dancer that is credited with the most dollars or votes raised will get an award during the event festivities.
The meal is a always a plated dinner catered by Ceruti's. There will be vegetarian options for those requesting it. There is also a cash bar for anyone wishing an adult beverage.
That's a great question. While you are not required to "dance" during the evening event, there will be an open dance floor after the conclusion of the formal dance presentions from our veterans that anyone wishing to "dance the night away" may feel free to do so.
You can access the Ceruit's event center off of Illinois Road on the West side of town. If coming off I-69, use Exit 305 and go East. At the light on Magnavox Way and Illinois Road, turn South and then immediately turn into the drive lane just in front of Klopfenstein and Lazy Boy furniture and travel down towards the Harley Davidson Showroom. The buildings are joined together. The entrance is facing Illinois at the far end of the building.
